1. Welcome
These terms govern your use of Songloom (songloom.co.uk). By creating an account, placing an order or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What we provide
Songloom creates unique personalised songs based on the details you provide. Each song is delivered as a digital audio file you can stream and share via your account.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to use Songloom.
4. The details you submit
You promise that the details you give us (names, stories, prompts) are accurate, that you have the right to share them, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights or include hateful, illegal or sexual content. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any song that breaks these rules.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on the site in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Your song is generated as soon as payment is confirmed.
6. Refunds
Because each song is custom-made and delivered digitally within minutes, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once generation has started — you'll be asked to confirm this at checkout. If something goes wrong on our end (e.g. the song fails to generate), we'll either re-run it or refund you in full. Get in touch via the contact page within 14 days and we'll sort it.
7. Ownership & licence
The song you order is yours to enjoy, share with friends and family, and use in personal contexts (parties, weddings, social media). Commercial use (broadcast, advertising, resale) is not permitted without our written permission. Songloom retains the underlying rights to the platform, brand and generation models.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Songloom running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause or discontinue features at any time. We'll always honour orders that have already been paid for.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your use of Songloom is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for things that can't be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
